The Assessment gives you the read on paper. But a read doesn't move a number on its own. People do, once they've seen it, argued with it, and agreed what matters. The Workshop is the shortest path from "here's where the spend is leaking" to "here's what we're going to do about it," with the whole team behind the same picture.
- The read-back: we present your Assessment results to the leader and team, interpreted by the people who built the method, so everyone starts from the same honest picture of where AI is and isn't paying off.
- The mini workshop: a facilitated session where the team reacts, prioritizes, and names what's really getting in the way, and where the first moves toward returns get agreed in the room.
- The post-workshop report: a short write-up of what surfaced, the priorities the team landed on, and the recommended next moves.
- Before: the leader (and, ideally, the team) complete the free Assessment. That data is the raw material.
- During: ~3 hours together. We present the read, then facilitate the working session.
- After: you receive the report within 3 business days.

From $2,999. It's deliberately low-risk: a few hours and a report, not a research project. If it shows there's deeper work to do, the fee is credited in full toward the AI Profit Sprint, our 90-day research-strategy-and-quick-wins engagement. The Workshop works from your Assessment data; the Sprint adds weeks of research across people, process, and platform, and starts landing wins while the plan is built.

- Either works. We run the Workshop on-site or remote, whichever suits your team.
